HireLevel is seeking an experienced Service Advisor Manager in Roxanna, Illinois. The Service Advisor Manager is a hands-on position overseeing the service department including technicians and service advisors, assisting them when needed. Experience in the fire apparatus industry is preferred and helpful but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Service Advisor Manager:
- Manage the service department including about 20 technicians, 3 service advisors, and 1 foreman
- Assist service technicians and advisors when required
- Respond to customer complaints
- Explain and justify repairs to customers and insurance companies
- Manage billing that includes controlling costs and time sensitive insurance claims
Job Requirements for Service Advisor Manager:
- Management experience
- Computer proficiency
- Fire apparatus experience preferred but other industry experience will be considered
- Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge and aptitude required
- Problem solving sills
- Multitasking and time management
- CDL with a minimum of a Class B with airbrake endorsement preferred
