About the Job

There's plenty of room to grow at I-5 Cars! I-5 Cars is looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor that is focused on customer satisfaction to join our team. This individual will provide leadership in motivating, managing and evaluating Service Technicians. The Service Advisor will efficiently coordinate, schedule and manage Service Technician's time, while maintaining the work order process. This role will also communicate with the customer in regard to quotes, job status and scheduling.

Base pay + Commission pays $40,000-115,000/ year

Responsibilities

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations
