The Service Consultant is the primary liaison between the Service Department and its customers.

Responsibilities
- Greeting customers promptly
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Reviewing vehicle repair histories in dealership files and verifying any needs for recalls through the manufacturers online system
- Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers as needed
- Verifying that the final invoices reconcile with the work performed on the R.O.
- Overseeing delivery of vehicles to the customer after their visit from the cashier
- Participating in Manufacturers sponsored trainings and programs
Qualifications
- One year writing service or working in service BDC required
- Valid Indiana Driver's License
- Extraordinary communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic
- Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
- Superior customer service skills
