Nissan of the Bronx is looking for the best of the best. We are growing fast and need Strong and Experienced Service Advisors.

You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the driveline to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience required
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Reynolds and Reynolds Experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $55,000 to $150,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Service Advisor: 2 years (Required)
• Automotive service: 2 years (Required)
• Reynolds and Reynolds: 1 year (Preferred)
• Automotive Dealership: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
