Responsibilities:

• Sell and document service, maintenance, and repair needs for customers.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service options and costs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
