Client Overview:
Our client is a leader in their industry that specializes in nonprofit work. They are looking to add a Service Administrator to their dynamic team on a temporary to potential permanent basis.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$19/hr
Position Overview:
The Service Administrator will be tasked with guaranteeing that children and families receive prompt, top-notch referrals, evaluations, assessments, and eligibility determinations, accompanied by precise documentation. They will coordinate and manage programs and initiatives in alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
Responsibilities of the Service Administrator:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, volunteers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with organizations, research institutions, and community partners.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events related to life sciences education and awareness.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, preparing reports and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of grant proposals and funding applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all program activities.
Qualifications for the Service Administrator:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the nonprofit sector or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of child health terminology and basic principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build relationships with external partners.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Experience in grant writing and fundraising is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
