Service Administrator - Viking Masek Packaging Technologies

The Service Administrator manages the service schedule, has daily interactions with customers, manages complaints or questions and escalates to the Service Lead or Service Manager where needed. Creates, sells and executes maintenance plans for customer success. Updates and maintains service records and ensures the company’s positive image and reputation remains intact.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinates service scheduling with customers, suppliers, and technicians
• Initiates service confirmations, changes, reminders and required follow up items
• Completes and records internal and external service estimates through accurate research and trending data
• Reviews FST service work order documentation and reporting for accuracy
• Provides customers and Service Manager with post service reports and next steps.
• Ensures billing, rate type, sales credits and service status is researched and accurately documented for accounting invoices
• Follows up on previous service calls on a standard revolving basis.
• Reviews opportunities and provides information by phone or email of services offered and up-sells services to new and existing customer base.
• Provides customer and technician with manuals and machine documentation as required
• Manages department phone system, call routing, on-call scheduling, and technical changes
• Assists Service Manager and Service Fulfillment Lead with general tasks and obligations

Hours: Full time: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a ½ hour unpaid lunch (can be flexible).
