Caltrol is hiring a Service Administrator I to join our team in Benicia, CA.
The Service Administrator is an important part of the Service Team and is responsible for supporting all aspects of the service process through a variety of administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has a working knowledge of ERP systems.
Hiring Range
The hiring range for this position is** $20.50 - $23.00 p/hour.** This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.

What you'll be doing:
Provide administrative support to the service team.
Schedule and coordinate logistics for service jobs.
Accurately and efficiently utilize our ERP System (IFS) to complete tasks and support all steps of the workflow process.
Source and order parts.
Close out completed jobs and manage the invoicing process.
Review costs and revenues to ensure target margins are met.
Expedite orders to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Review documentation for accuracy.
Ensure jobs are ready and accurate for billing.
Support the workflow process.
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or GED.
Fundamental knowledge of ERP Systems, IFS a plus!!
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate between departments and with customers.
