RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, partners, and employees.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
• Assist in managing calendars and scheduling appointments for executives and team members.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring all logistical details are in place.
• Accurately enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
• Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
• Maintain open lines of communication among team members, departments, and external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus).
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.
