About the Job
As a Service Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Service Administration Manager with daily tasks.
- Creating accurate job entries from dispatch emails and bid letters.
- Managing Purchase Orders, keeping Divvy and BuildOps up to date.
- Overseeing job reviews and ensuring seamless job closeouts.
- Handling phone calls, taking messages, and dispatching service requests promptly.
- Coordinating and scheduling rental equipment as needed.
- Maintaining open communication with field technicians and dispatchers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Organizing technician schedules and working directly with customers to arrange appointments, answer inquiries, and provide service information.

- Strong communication skills with 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the construction industry.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
