La Posada is seeking upbeat and reliable part-time and full-time Servers to join our dynamic team in our dining venues. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This dynamic person will have the following responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Monitor and anticipate guest needs, responding promptly and courteously
• Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working environment

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and their preparation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
