Server | Waiter - Governors Club

Governors Club is currently seeking a highly skilled service professional to join our elite Service team. Our Service team enjoy a base salary of $12 per hour, plus a guaranteed 17% gratuity, daily complimentary staff meals, and complimentary uniforms.

As a Server, you enjoy the hustle and bustle that comes with working our private restaurants. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor creates memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. You anticipate their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that requests are taken care of expediently.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet members
• Verbalize Chef's evening specials
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Enter guest orders into point of sale system
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Previous experience preferred, but not required

Full-Time: Regular employee averaging 32 or more hours per week after 90 days

Part-Time: Regular employee averaging 31 or fewer hours per week after 90 days

$12.00 per hour + 17% gratuity
