Server Support/Assistant - East West Family of Companies

Join our Charter Steakhouse team at The Charter at Beaver Creek! We're seeking a Server Support/Assistants who are dedicated to elevating our guest experience by masterfully managing table settings, food delivery, and dining area maintenance, ensuring every meal is a seamless, extraordinary moment.

Duties Include:

• Expedite food and beverage service by assisting servers with timely delivery, table-side item refills, and prompt table resetting
• Maintain immaculate dining and service areas through consistent cleaning, organization, and meticulous attention to stations, equipment, and side work
• Provide exceptional guest support by responding courteously and efficiently to all customer requests and needs
• Execute critical support tasks including polishing silverware, folding napkins, and restocking supplies to ensure seamless restaurant operations
• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver smooth, high-quality service during all shifts, particularly during peak dining periods

Start Date: 12/18/2024

Employment Status:Part Time Seasonal

Pay Rate: $18.00 plus 3% pooled tips

Schedule: 4:30pm-10 pm

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a hospitality or food service role (preferred but not required). They must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial, along with the physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays or dishes. Importantly, they will maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with a laser focus on customer satisfaction.
