ABOUT LUCKY'S IRON DOOR

Our original location, Lucky 13 Bar and Grill, opened in 2009 in Salt Lake City. We won the "World's Best Burger" and have been awarded "Best Burger" for multiple publications, in the state of Utah for the last 10 years. We opened a second location in Jordan Landing in December 2019 that provides a restaurant and bar experience. We are excited to provide amazing burgers in a family atmosphere with an extensive cocktail program. We are open for brunch, lunch, dinner, coffee, and drinks. Whether it's the refined Fungus Amongus Burger with mushrooms sauteed in red wine and a touch of garlic and swiss cheese or the unique Nut Butter Burger with house-smoked bacon, peanut butter, and cheddar cheese, our incredible burgers are what we're known for! As wonderful as our food is, people won't come back unless they receive the best quality service to match. So, our service staff is essential to our success. They are the liaison between our food and our patrons. They ensure that our high standards for taste, presentation, cleanliness and service are always represented. This is why we do our best to attract and retain the highest-caliber service staff by providing a fun and friendly work environment along with competitive compensation.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SERVER

You arrive on time for each of your scheduled shifts ready to provide our restaurant and bar patrons with the most welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient service possible. You'll provide optimal customer service in our fast-paced, high-output environment. Using your charming and confident personality, you make our patrons feel welcome. You provide the perfect combination of professional and personable interactions all while providing amazing burgers and well-balanced cocktails. Not only will this quench our patron's thirst, you'll attend to the food lover in them and recommend our tantalizing grill bites. Your customer service will be consistently excellent, and your day-to-day interactions will bring new and exciting moments to your world and our customers!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant serving experience
• Approachability and a friendly demeanor
• Flexible availability
• Must have a minimum of 5 year serving experience with references

WORK SCHEDULE

Varying schedule to include nights and weekends (including Sunday)
