Previous institutional dietary service experience preferred.

Ability to follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments.

Proper measuring of cleaning agents and chemicals.

PHYSICAL DEMAND:

Walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, lifting, carry

Work with chemicals and cleaning agents.

Lift, carry up to 75 pounds.
