Job Summary:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Promotes, works, and acts in a manner consistent with the mission of our restaurant
- Greets and waits on diners with graciousness throughout service
- Monitors and observes guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
- Delivers checks at the end of each meal and collect payment
- Cleans tables or counters after guests have finished dining
- Answers questions about menu items and other restaurant functions and services
- Contributes towards each shift running as efficiently as possible
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Enjoys customer interaction and can engage with a friendly demeanor
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of service etiquette
- Hospitality-focused mindset
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in food service/hospitality preferred
- At least two – three years of fine dining experience preferred
- TIPS certified is preferred
- ServSafe certified preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 20 lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time in wide ranging temperatures
