Server/FOH Assistant Manager - Burger and Sushi House

A concept designed to bring everyone to the table.

Wanted-

An experienced FOH manager, or lead server to join the Burger And Sushi House of Geneva team.

The front of house assistant manager works alongside the FOH General Manager to oversee all operations at the restaurant (except for the kitchen). They shape a restaurant-goer’s experience by maintaining the dining room’s appearance, hiring and training quality staff, and ensuring good customer service.

- Assist in hiring and training bar and waitstaff. Front of house assistant manager must follow the hiring processes to meet the restaurant’s needs.

- Assist in training sessions of the servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers.

- Supervise upkeep of guest areas by directing staff to attend to messes or accidents.

-Assisting in cleanup is a critical responsibility in maintaining the customer experience.

- Assist in shift planning to ensuring each shift is properly staffed.

-Support our staff, and guests to ensure the best experience possible.

-Available nights, and weekends.
