Server - Fine Dining at Pennybyrn

Job Description
Pennybyrn has opportunities for Servers to join our innovative, inclusive, and compassionate life-enriching community! This position is part-time with shifts of 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Schedules include weekends, with additional shift differentials of $1.00 per hour!

Server team members will deliver superior service to residents and guests within Pennybyrn's Independent Living community. Dining venues include Hennessy's Restaurant (fine dining), the Irish Pub & Grill (casual dining), and our brand new Caf (casual dining). This position delivers excellent customer service in a highly professional manner, greets and escorts residents and guests, delivers knowledge of high-quality food menu, takes orders, delivers food, busses tables, and cares for the customer's needs. Ideal candidates have an exemplary personality with a ready smile and willing heart to make each dining experience exceptional! We are willing to train those with a willingness to learn and be extraordinary.

Candidates must enjoy working with the senior population, be dependable and trustworthy, caring and courteous, and strive for excellence in their work performance every day. This position is paid on an hourly basis and does not accept tipping.
