Position: Server/Bartender
Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Compensation: Server: With tips, $16-$22/hour; Bartender: With tips, average $20/hour
Expectations: This position is a hybrid role (Server/Bartender). Previous Serving and Bartending experience required.
About Position:
The Bartender position is responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons. This position is expected to assess the bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.

Position Summary:
The Server position takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Server experience required
- Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
- Great attitude and positive outlook
- Strong customer service
- A dedication to teamwork
- Must be able to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.)
