As a server at Tender Mercy you will be trained extensively in proper steps of service but you will be expected to arrive with a genuine drive to make people feel welcome. We can teach you the former. The latter is something you're born with. If you've got the intangibles, we can work on the mechanics.

In an effort to better understand the needs of our guests, servers will be cross-trained as bartenders (btw: in an effort to better understand the needs of the servers, bartenders will do the same). We pursue excellence as a team. You will be expected to comfortably describe cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding preparation. Sound daunting?
