It all started with a Dream…
… and it was in that dream that God visited John “Big Daddy” Bishop and told him to open a restaurant. Mr. Bishop obliged and opened the original Dreamland in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in 1958. In the early years, the restaurant sold everything from burgers to postage stamps. It was their hickory-fired ribs, however, that quickly became the local favorite.

Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests to ensure they feel welcomed, important, and appreciated
- Attend to all guest needs, concerns, and questions
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Display a positive attitude
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work and dining environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Exceptional multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift tray overhead
