What Youll Do:

• Create a Welcoming Experience: Prepare sections, complete opening side work, and ensure the dining room is ready to impress.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Take guest orders with professionalism and warmth, using suggestive selling techniques to enhance their dining experience.
• Ensure Flawless Execution: Accurately enter orders into the POS system, check dishes for perfection, and serve courses with impeccable timing.
• Anticipate Guest Needs: Replenish beverages, check in with guests throughout their meal, and handle transactions with precision and a smile.
• Collaborate with the Team: Assist colleagues, clear and reset tables, and complete daily side work, including stocking and closing duties.
• Support Banquets: Step into banquet serving as needed and take advantage of extra shifts in our growing events and banquet department.
• Maintain Standards: Achieve check averages within department guidelines and complete all required training, including TIPS certification within your first month.

Employment Status:Part Time Seasonal and Part Time On Call positions available

Pay Rate: $14.42 / hour + tips

Schedule: 3-10 pm with flexibility to begin at 4 pm if necessary.

Successful candidates will be those with strong guest service experience, a background in general serving or food and beverage services, and excellent organizational skills. We are seeking those who bring a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both with guests and co-workers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to stay organized, remain focused, and ensure that service areas are consistently stocked and clean. Computer literacy is also a key requirement, as you'll be navigating our systems with ease.
