THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SERVER - BARTENDER

THE SCHEDULE:

While working in this part-time or full-time food service position as a Server - Bartender, you can expect a consistent schedule between 10:30 and close (midnight at the latest).

YOUR ROLE:

As a Server - Bartender, your day starts with checking the schedule to see if you're behind the bar crafting signature cocktails or out on the floor serving smiles and delicious dishes. As a bartender, you mix, shake, and pour with flair, creating a welcoming vibe for guests. When you're in server mode, you're the expert guide, recommending menu favorites and ensuring every table has an exceptional dining experience. Each shift brings variety and keeps things fresh, with your time split based on the restaurant's needs and your unique skills. Flexibility is key; you thrive in both roles, making every moment count for your guests and teammates!
