Salary: $14 / hour plus tips

We are looking for a Server Assistant to join the Ash  team! The ideal person would be someone looking for a fast-paced, teamwork driven environment with a drive to learn more about food and wine. The SA’s main responsibilities during service are assisting servers by setting and bussing tables, running food and explaining dishes to guests, as well as doing sidework. The business relies on an atmosphere of camaraderie and requires all staff to help one another to succeed. We ask that all staff maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout shifts and carry out all tasks with intent and attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety. All front of house staff are required to maintain up to date beverage and food menu knowledge. Restaurant experience is a plus but not required for this position, just an eagerness to learn.

Servers Assistants are paid an hourly rate of $14/hr and tipped out a sales percentage by servers. We are currently open 7 days a week from 11am till 11pm. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as well as New Year's day. Restaurant group also provides 50% off employee discounts at all Proper House group restaurants, and an opportunity to join a wellness program with access to a general practitioner.
