A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVER ASSISTANT:

As a member of our Food and Beverage staff, you will be an integral and efficient part of the service delivery to the membership. You will be assisting our servers and be responsible for your respective station as it relates to proper set-up, positions of tables full condiments, and cleanliness of tables. You will be setting up and breaking down dining rooms for events and banquets. You will be clearing, serving bread, and pouring water for tables. You will work closely with Club members, residents, and both front and back of house team, as well as other Bonita Bay Club employees. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability and flexibility during daytime hours
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to carry trays up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior restaurant experience is helpful

Prior restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not necessarily required. Are you reliable? Do you have good communication skills? Are you professional, positive, and friendly? Do you work well as part of a team? Can you present a well-kept appearance? If so, then you might just be perfect for this Server Assistant position!
