We’re now actively seeking an SEO Manager to add to our award-winning team.
The SEO Manager will pay a big part in enhancing our website’s online visibility, boosting search engine rankings and driving organic search traffic.
Responsibilities of the SEO Manager include:
- Create, implement and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search performance
- Ensure company website ranks high in search engine results and attracts quality traffic
- Perform regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues affecting search engine crawling and indexing
- Work closely with the web development team to implement technical SEO enhancements, including site speed improvements, mobile optimization, and structured data markup
- Monitor and manage website architecture, URL structures, and redirects
- Perform in-depth keyword research to target relevant terms and phrases aligning with user search intent
- Optimize website content, meta tags, titles and descriptions to align with SEO best practices
- Work closely with SEO Agency
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks
- Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates and best practices in SEO
- Experiment with new SEO techniques and tools to continually improve website performance
Skills and Qualifications include:
- 7-10 years of experience in an SEO facing role
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of website architecture, HTML, CSS, and understanding of web development best practices
- Experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS’
