This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program .This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You ' ll Get To Do:The Command and Launch (C&L) IPT, Command and Control (C2) sub-team is a seeking a manager to oversee the C2 Lab spaces across the C2 Test organization.Job Duties include:* Leads a team of frontline lab managers / lab design managers and individual contributors in support of lab architecture solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints* Develop and direct preparation and execution of lab stand-up, lab design and integration activities to support comprehensive tests and schedules for completing systems* Coordinating integration and testing activities working in a dynamic people-focused environment* Direct oversight of integration and lab operations teams* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure lab requirements are aligned with product / test team needs* Responsible for development of integration plans / schedules, lab operations budgets, lab process compliance and integration of hardware / software units* Responsible for Capital and Direct Material budgeting, forecasting and executionAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:- Medical, Dental & Vision coverage- 401k- Educational Assistance- Life Insurance- Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions- Paid Time Off- Health & Wellness Resources- Employee DiscountsThis position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You ' ll Bring These Qualifications:* 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; 6 years with a Masters; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.* Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.* Minimum of 3 years in a formal management position.* Demonstrated knowledge and skillsets required for DoDD 8570 Baseline Certification - IAT Level II.* Demonstrated experience in lab operations and test planning or test execution.* Experience integrating hardware and software components in a lab / ground test environment.* Experience with lab electrical / network designs.* Ability to travel 25% of the time.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:* Ability to obtain DoDD 8570 Baseline Certification - IAT Level III within 6 months* US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years).* Active Special Access Program (SAP) approval.* Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering, test and lab operations / design principles and processes.* Demonstrated ability working with cross-functional teams and customers.* Prior CAM experience.* Experience executing in an AGILE environment.* Experience in Test automation (development and execution).#Sentinelintandtest#Sentinelleadership Salary Range: $146,800 - $220,200The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
