My clients are a well established organization going through a company growth period along with a Workday HCM implementation and are looking for a Senior Workday analyst to be their SME for the Workday platform post implementation. This is a standalone role within the organization.

The role:

• You will be responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of the Workday HRIS platform. This includes Customization, configuration, security, reports and updates/upgrades.

• You will work independently and will have collaboration and communication with various stakeholders, HR and IT departments.

• You will work on HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.

• Work on data conversion and system administration.

You will need:

• To have a strong all round background in Workday HCM and the day to day functional running of the system.
• To be a self starter and independent worker
• To have experience troubleshooting, gathering requirements, with Data analysis, Testing, Release Management, configuration.
