Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

Atlanta GA - Hybrid

Agalta Global have partnered with a large, well established, organization in Atlanta looking to grow their internal Workday team with a Senior Workday Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into a newly implemented Workday system as an SME working on all of the Core HCM suite.

The Role:

• Workday implementation of new modules, updates and upgrades.
• Working on Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Time and Absence modules
• Providing training to internal Workday organization users, Working with all business stakeholders on processed and system improvements.
• Provide Troubleshooting and support to all system users.
• Work on Workday configurations, custom and complex reports along with dashboards to ensure the system aligns with organizational needs.
• Work on the system security fields

You will need:

• To have a minimum of 5 years prior hands on experience within a similar Workday role.
• To have prior experience of end to end implementation and post implementation support.
• To be certified in at least one core HCM module.
• To be able to work and commute in Atlanta
