To thrive as a Senior Web Software Developer at IRMI, you'll need a strong foundation in computer science, with a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a computer-related field. An impressive track record of 5+ years as a Web Software Developer is essential, along with proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and API development. Your excellent communication skills will be pivotal in collaborating effectively with both your team and product owners.

In addition, a solid grasp of HTML5, UI/UX frameworks, Bootstrap, and CSS/Sass will empower you to create engaging interfaces. Familiarity with technologies and platforms like Ingeniux CMS, Azure, Cloudflare, Dynamics 365, Swagger/Open API, SQL Server, or NoSQL databases, while not mandatory, will definitely give you an edge.
