About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and closing prospective high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, working in tandem with a service advisor to manage the client relationships. This role requires a professional with a strong business development track record, capable of networking and developing business through various channels, including centers of influence. The Senior Wealth Advisor will also be involved in preparing for and attending prospective client meetings, as well as working with team members to enhance closed business and grow assets under management. Applicants for the Senior Wealth Advisor position at the company should have a BA/BS degree, with an advanced degree and/or CFP/CFA certification strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in a business development-focused advisory role is required. The ideal candidate will be self-confident, highly entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic, with a talent for organization and detail management in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Responsibilities include drafting investment recommendations, monitoring performance reports, and ensuring that clients' financial needs are met through the company's advanced financial planning and customized portfolio services.
