Job Title: Water Treatment Plant Supervisor

Description: Pay can be negotiable dependent on candidates' qualifications and experience. Under general supervision, performs responsible supervisory and technical work in the operation of the City's water treatment plant (electro-dialysis reversal (EDR) and conventional treatment) equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of water treatment processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct maintenance.
• Train and evaluate staff on operational procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in water treatment operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of water quality standards and regulations.
