We are looking for a proactive, innovative Senior Visual Designer who will set a new standard for visual storytelling in the AI era. The senior designer will work across cross-functional stakeholders to develop visual assets from ideation to delivery-producing world-class visuals, PowerPoint slides, and infographics in support of a narrative, keynotes, and speeches. Exceptional design and visual storytelling skills are prerequisites, but the successful candidate will be a self-starter who can drive projects forward amid shifting priorities and diverse stakeholder perspectives-all while working at the speed of AI.

**Responsibilities**
+ Developcanonicalvisuals and other slidegraphicsthat require innovative and out-of-the-box thinkingto bring complex technical concepts and marketecture ideas to life.
+ Synthesize and simplify complex technical concepts into visuals that anyone can understand and that communicate at scale to make impact on stage and across large events.
+ Translate visual conceptsacross touch points, including keynote and customer presentations, blogs, explainer videos, webcreative, and social.
+ Build a library of compelling and highly communicative infographics for the Work Trend Index, research reports, and related assets.
+ Collaborate with cross functionalteams to help drive the visual direction of an award-winning future of work publication, podcast, and newsletter.
+ Collaborate with internal and agency design teams to deliveradditional visual assets including executive and fieldpresentation decks, product blog visual assets, and social media creative.
+ Design and executesocial media creative and other visually driven assets as necessary.
+ Cultivate design excellence and educationon the team, exploring and embracing the latestvisual trends and advancements in design and production.
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Art & Design, Communications, or related field AND 4+ years experience in visual design, art direction or a related creative field.
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of experience as a PowerPoint designer in the corporate arena with demonstrated ability to create exceptional decks tailored to audience and context-from opening keynotes at high-impact events to compelling sales and field decks.
+ 3+ years experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
+ Experience working successfully cross functionally, with partner designers, executive communication leads, product marketing managers, etc to align approach to the broader event or product story.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience with corporate design
+ Video and motion graphic experience
+ The ability to provide a portfolio of relevant work for review
Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
