Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President to oversee a portfolio of accounts and program managers, ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients across the Americas region.
The Managing Director will be responsible for driving sales, managing the financial performance of their portfolio of clients, providing leadership and guidance to the team, and fostering strong client relationships which result in business growth.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a proven track record in sales and business management, and a passion for client success for a ~$10 million business with high growth potential.Sales and Business ManagementDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve portfolio growth targets, revenue generation, and profitability goals.Foster a proactive sales culture and promote cross-selling opportunities across accounts, PDS services and industry verticals.Identify key market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities to better position JLL in the marketplace.Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement comprehensive account plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.Monitor financial performance metrics across the portfolio, driving accountability and identifying areas for improvement.Prepare and present QBRs and performance reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.Team Leadership and People DevelopmentBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing team of program and project managers, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance and resources required for success.Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, ethics and excellence.Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, enabling their professional growth and development.Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team, fostering an environment that values different perspectives and backgrounds.Proactively recruit talent and upskill existing talent to ensure we have the technical and leadership capabilities to retain clients and deliver excellence.Client Relationship Management and Client SuccessDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their overall satisfaction.Collaborate with program managers to understand client objectives, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Provide strategic guidance to program managers in addressing client concerns and resolving complex issues.Actively monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance client success.Actively participate in and contribute to strategic client events including JLL-hosted events, industry conferences and trade shows.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering or related fieldProven experience in sales and business management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry and/or in retail multi-site.Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive financial performance within a portfolio.Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to anticipate and navigate complex client challenges.Demonstrated expertise in building and managing strong client relationships, with a track record of driving client success.Results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.Join our team of dedicated professionals and make an impact in the commercial real estate industry.
