We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Regulatory Administration/Filings Manager to join the Regulatory Admin team. This role is located in Boston, MA - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

1. Lead multiple teams of Regulatory Administration and Filings staff that provide clients with board administration services and regulatory filings to the SEC.
2. Lead delivery of prospectuses, proxy statements, and other SEC required filings to clients and provide guidance.
3. Review and approve work done by the Regulatory Administration team, ensuring alignment with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
4. Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory administration and filings topics and provide guidance and training to staff and clients.
5. Stay abreast of relevant industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices and communicate them to stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with other business units and functions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
7. Liaise with in-house counsel to ensure major filings are created and delivered in accordance with the regulations.
8. Provide oversight, strategic guidance, and assist in managing change whether that's due to regulatory updates or internal transformation.
9. Facilitate conversations on topics that are relevant for client board meetings.
10. Manage relationships with clients' accounting firms to ensure client information and data needed for regulatory matters are exchanged efficiently.
11. Escalate to senior management when appropriate to highlight potential risks and key changes impacting the delivery of Regulatory Administration services.
12. Engage and lead key projects helping to deliver strategic objectives.
13. Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. JD from an accredited law school preferred.
2. 7-10 years of total work experience including 1-3 years in management is preferred.
3. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
