Responsibilities:

- Content Leadership: Oversee the creative direction, production, and distribution of television content, ensuring quality and relevance for a Christian audience.
- Partnership & Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with ministry partners, networks, and other stakeholders to further program reach and influence.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels and programming.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage audience insights and data analytics to inform content development and communication strategies, optimizing viewer engagement.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in communications and/or broadcast television, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong alignment with Christian values, with experience in a faith-based environment preferred.
- Expertise in broadcast programming, content production, and multi-platform media distribution.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams in a mission-driven context.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that grow audience reach and impact.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience working collaboratively with executives, partners, and stakeholders.
