Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager/SVP to steer the company’s growth, lead high-stakes negotiations, and oversee cross-functional operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage P&L responsibilities, lead transformative initiatives, and foster collaboration across divisions to meet ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-level negotiations for contracts exceeding $100M, driving strategic partnerships and business growth.
• Own full P&L management, ensuring financial health and long-term profitability.
• Cross-functionally manage business operations, aligning teams to achieve company objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to exceed YoY revenue targets and expand market share.
• Inspire and lead large, diverse teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 20+ years in the space industry, with extensive experience selling satellite systems.
• Proven leader of large teams with a history of delivering outstanding results.
• Consistent track record of exceeding YoY revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience closing $100M+ contracts.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Based in San Francisco or Colorado.
