Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the product development lifecycle.
- Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy.
- Experience owning, driving, or facilitating strategic planning or Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) development.
- Understanding of consumer payments experiences and global payments architecture (e.g., geo-specific forms of payment).
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and investigative skills, with the ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational excellence across UX teams to deliver the highest level of trust building and strategic counsel through all project interactions, while building collaborative relationships with appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop business cases and engagement with partners on continuous improvements and optimizations. Develop measurable, scalable, and repeatable processes that drive seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Run and implement investigative efforts for broader or cross-functional projects, programs, and strategies.
- Contribute to the definition, integration, and reporting of key UX metrics that drive a culture of user-centered development based on program needs and stakeholder input.
- Manage large, complex programs into an efficient organization.
