We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Permanent Vice President of Wet Utilities to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our utilities operations, including water, gas, electricity, and waste disposal. This role is critical to the success of our organization, and we are looking for someone who can bring a high level of expertise and energy to our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Permanent Vice President of Wet Utilities your main responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all utilities systems within the organization.
2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our utilities operations.
3. Working closely with other departments to ensure that utilities needs are being met and that operations are running smoothly.
4. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to utilities operations.
5. Managing the utilities budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
6. Coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure that all utilities projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Providing technical expertise and guidance to staff and other stakeholders.
8. Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the utilities industry and implementing new technologies and practices as appropriate.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Senior Utilities Manager, candidates must have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a utilities management role, with a focus on water, gas, electricity, and waste disposal systems.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
3. Extensive knowledge of utilities systems and operations, including the latest technologies and best practices.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
7. A high level of integrity and professionalism.
8. Must have experience in plumbing.
