Job Description:
We are seeking self-motivated, team-oriented user experience practitioners who are prepared to challenge requirement focused development with a user-centered design process built around empathy for our users. Our hybrid-remote UX team is responsible for driving user experience through a process of research discovery and solution framing - ultimately delivering the best product experience for our users while additionally providing industry-leading business solutions for our customers.
As a Sr User Interface Designer, you will be expected to help steward the enterprise UI strategy, visual design, style guides, and design patterns. You'll work with Marketing to translate branding and visual design into scalable enterprise solutions. You will work closely with UX Designers, aggregating ideas and gathering UI requirements. You'll work with a UX Engineering team to maintain and grow our existing Design System and component library.

Job Responsibilities:
- Embrace and exemplify simplicity, communication, feedback, respect, and courage
- Be an active member and leader of the CoreLogic design community to help grow and hone our design practices
- Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to design and build user interfaces
- Assist with user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies, translating findings into wireframes and prototypes
- Learn from others (because we all have something to learn) and teach others (because we all have something to teach) ... sharing knowledge is key!
- Be a user experience advocate and champion of the user
- Be a core member of UX Special Projects and Initiatives Team
- Create illustrations, animations, and icons as identified by the UI Lead
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, creative director, or similar role
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience, original icon designs across a range of projects, extensive data visualization work, and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required. Experience required from large enterprise corporations with a mixture of B2B and B2C solutions
- BA/BS or greater in graphic design or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Expert understanding of principles of interface design, use of interactive technologies and user-centered design methods and best practices
- Demonstrated appreciation of and hyperfocus on the fine nuances of visual design
- Extensive experience working in Figma as well as a natural curiosity for new innovative tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; can communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Extensive experience with Design Systems; style guides, design patterns, atomic design methodology
- Extensive experience with Accessibility and Inclusive design
- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Competent command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Understanding of Front-end frameworks like Angular or React a big plus
- Experience with motion design and ability to natively create animations in After Effects are a bonus
