Senior UI/UX at AMSYS Innovative Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX design efforts for marketing websites and enterprise web applications.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including onsite and offshore designers and developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable UI design systems and frameworks.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and brand guidelines.
• Spearhead accessibility initiatives, implementing best practices and standards across all projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging, functional designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, introducing innovative solutions where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and Angular.
• Proven experience leading teams and implementing UI/UX strategies for enterprise-level projects.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience transitioning websites to CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager.
• Familiarity with offshore team management and collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in creating user interface communities of practice.
