4. Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
5. Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs.

8. Providing technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the TypeScript Developer position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a TypeScript developer.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
4. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
5. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6).
6. Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it, such as Express.
7. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
8. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
9. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
10. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
11. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design.
12. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
