Estate and Trust Manager Position
Position Overview:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with the necessary coursework and a CPA license.
- Over 10 years of experience in estate and trust tax planning and compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of private foundations, family office structures, and related tax issues.
- Deep understanding of current tax laws and regulations.
- Proven leadership abilities and team management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored tax strategies for high-net-worth clients to ensure efficient wealth transfer and minimize tax liabilities.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to align tax plans with clients’ financial goals.
- Oversee the preparation of estate and trust tax returns, ensuring they meet current laws and regulations.
- Keep updated on tax code changes and advise clients and the firm on potential impacts.
- Provide guidance on the structuring and management of private foundations.
- Work with family offices to address tax issues, ensure smooth operations, and optimize financial structures.
- Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
