Senior Trust & Estates/Probate Paralegal – Fort Lauderdale, FL

We’re seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our Fort Lauderdale team and contribute to complex estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 5+ years as a paralegal specializing in Trust & Estates or Probate matters.
• Job Stability: A strong history of tenure, with 3+ years at previous positions showcasing reliability and long-term commitment.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of trust administration, probate processes, and estate planning.
  • Familiarity with Florida state court procedures and e-filing systems.
  • Experience preparing estate tax returns is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in managing document-heavy cases, filing deadlines, and case logistics.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders in sensitive matters.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case management tools specific to trust and estate matters.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases seamlessly while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
