Senior Trust & Estates/Probate Paralegal – Fort Lauderdale, FL
Are you an experienced Trust & Estates or Probate Paralegal with a proven record of job stability and success? We’re seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our Fort Lauderdale team and contribute to complex estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years as a paralegal specializing in Trust & Estates or Probate matters.
- Job Stability: A strong history of tenure, with 3+ years at previous positions showcasing reliability and long-term commitment.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of trust administration, probate processes, and estate planning.
- Familiarity with Florida state court procedures and e-filing systems.
- Experience preparing estate tax returns is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in managing document-heavy cases, filing deadlines, and case logistics.
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders in sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case management tools specific to trust and estate matters.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases seamlessly while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Dedication to meeting performance and productivity goals, including billing expectations.
