Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for the timely reconciliation of specific cash bank accounts, accrual and recording of bank fees, and tasks associated with the research and cancellation of checks for AP and Payroll in the Workday system and CashPro banking system.Job Description:
Amazon, PayPal & Buyatab fees and reconcile settlement payout to CashPro & bankbook.
Accrue Buyatab and Bank Analysis fees for the current month.
Review positive pay exceptions and decide to pay or reject.
Respond to AP and Payroll inquiries on outstanding checks & void checks as needed so they can issue replacements.
Cancel Payroll checks for unclaimed.
Cancel AP checks and review if the canceled checks were sent to the bank based on reconciliation. Workday Manual bank reconciliations and inform AP/AR/Expense with any issues.
Concentration accounts manual bank reconciliation on Workday.
Reconciliation of Concentration Account, Disbursement account, Customer Refund Account, Payroll Account, Garnishment Account, and Paycard accounts.
Annual state regulatory report filings.
Completes other duties and special projects as requested by management.
Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Proficiency in personal computer skills, including spreadsheet and word processing software;
Experienced in Workday systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks; strong organizational skills.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90k - $100k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, in addition to a full range of generous medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
