Senior Training Specialist - Piper Companies

Piper Health and Sciences is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to join a leading biopharmaceutical company in the Gaithersburg, MD area.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Training Specialist:

·       Oversee New Employee Training (NET) program including all administrative and instructor responsibilities

·       Design and develop instructional materials and create training schedules for all new hires

·       Create learning content such as courses, classes, and evaluations within Cornerstone/SABA platform

·       Conduct in-person trainings/demos for all manufacturing groups as well as giving tours

·       Supports regulatory audits as needed

Qualifications of the Senior Training Specialist:

·       8+ years of manufacturing training experience

·       Prior experience creating training curriculum in LMS

·       Bachelor’s degree in science related field

Compensation of the Senior Training Specialist:

·       Salary: $50.00/hr - $62.50/hr based on years of relevant experience
