Job Duties:
1. **Organizational Change Initiatives:**
- Supports and implements communication plans to align with key business goals and priorities.
- Assists in fostering a constructive company culture and provides HR insights on business issues.
2. **Talent Acquisition and Staffing:**
- Collaborates with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition team, and HRBP team to assess staffing needs.
- Interprets hiring data, recommends sourcing strategies, and evaluates talent assessments.
3. **Employee Development and Training:**
- Identifies career and training opportunities; coordinates and delivers training programs.
- Ensures training needs are met and participates in project initiatives.
4. **Policy and Process Improvement:**
- Identifies gaps in policies and processes, recommends improvements, and implements policy changes.
5. **Compliance and Reporting:**
- Monitors compliance with laws and regulations, maintains confidentiality of sensitive information, and meets reporting requirements.
- Stays updated on HR trends, legislative changes, and best practices.
6. **General HR Support:**
- Provides backup support for daily HR functions as needed.

**Vendor and Software Management:**
- Oversees training-related software subscriptions, manages renewals, and evaluates tool effectiveness.
- Coordinates with external vendors and participates in contract negotiations as required.
**Training Facilitation:**
- Conducts engaging training sessions for employees at all levels, both in-person and electronically.
- Delivers training on new employee orientation, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance.
**Curriculum Implementation and Scheduling:**
- Implements training materials according to industry best practices.
- Develops master training schedules and coordinates mandatory compliance training.
**Employee Engagement and Feedback:**
- Creates inclusive learning environments that encourage active participation and knowledge retention.
- Solicits and utilizes feedback to improve training content and delivery methods.
**Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintains accurate training records physically and electronically.
- Provides regular reports on training outcomes and participant performance to management.
**Collaboration:**
- Works closely with department heads and training specialists to align training with organizational goals.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to stay current on industry trends and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Training Manager in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven budget management and resource allocation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred.
