About the Job:
The Ethics and Compliance Training & Communication Senior Analyst (“TCSA”) role will assist and contribute to the TINA Ethics & Compliance Team with developing, implementing, and managing compliance training and communication programs that further the mission, plan, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities of ethics and compliance within TINA and among the respective TINA and TICO Group Companies. The TCSA is tasked with helping the company develop communications-related messaging content, advance advocacy, implement/deliver the annual compliance communications plan, and monitor training results and programming for completion. In addition, this individual will work closely with the TINA Ethics & Compliance Team and management/business leaders across the TINA Group Companies, executing ethics and compliance training requirements that promote understanding and adherence to laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and training administration skills (analytical, verbal, and written) and a passion for educating and engaging employees on key ethics and compliance matters.
What you’ll be doing:
Support for Ethics & Compliance Program: Collaborate with the TINA Ethics & Compliance Team, management, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to support the program's mission, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training Evaluation & Preparation: Assess compliance training needs based on KPIs, the annual Ethics & Compliance plan, and other objectives. Prepare annual ethics and compliance training (Code of Conduct training).
* Training Material Design & Deployment: Create engaging and effective compliance training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules. Work with cross-functional partners to deploy these courses from the Company’s learning management system, ensuring associates understand company values, laws, regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms.
* In-Person Training & Tracking: Support leaders and trainers in providing in-person training when necessary and track attendance.
* Training Effectiveness Monitoring: Develop and execute methods to monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives. Ensure timely completion of all required compliance training.
* Ethics and Compliance Communications Strategy: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design, implement, execute, and monitor an effective compliance communications strategy.
* Communication Plan Development: Work with stakeholders to develop and update the Company’s annual communication plan to raise awareness of ethics, compliance policies, and regulatory updates.
* Informative Materials Creation: Create newsletters, email messages, intranet updates, and other materials to convey ethics and compliance information to employees.
* Communications Impact Monitoring: Develop methods to monitor the impact of communications initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Risk Awareness & Adaptation: Collaborate with the organization to understand changes in compliance-related risks that may impact employee training and communication strategies. Share insights with the TINA Group Companies and stakeholders to align training programs and communications with leading practices.
* Website Management: Assist in managing the internal TINA Ethics & Compliance Team website, ensuring compliance information is current. Partner with Communications and Global Information Systems (GIS) teams.
What we’re looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, media relations, journalism, English, business, or law.
* 7-8 years in ethics and compliance, regulatory enforcement, training, or communication roles.
* Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs and communication materials.
* Experience in advocacy, policy, and legal communications, particularly in the tech policy sector, is a plus.
* Experience developing and implementing impactful cross-channel campaigns.

* Vendor Management: Experience working with external vendors and managing relationships to drive results.
* Flexibility: Ability to balance long-term priorities with urgent needs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Global Team Experience: Experience working on regional and global teams with diverse demographics and cultural characteristics and the flexibility to meet virtually across time zones.
