This is a hybrid position located in the HR building on Reading Hospital's campus in West Reading, PA.
The Senior Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's total rewards strategy including retirement, compensation, and benefits for new and current employees. This role ensures alignment to business objectives, market competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations and plays a critical role in administration and maintenance of employee benefit and retirement plan offerings. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst works closely with HR leadership and external vendors to develop and optimize a total rewards strategy that drives employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance. This role:
- Assists in the documentation and administration of new and existing compensation and benefits programs including retirement, and answers and resolves employee questions escalating as needed.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on broad-based compensation plans and understands salary structures, computing job evaluations and market analyses to benchmark roles as needed.
- Works with external vendors on service delivery to employees, identifying and resolving participant and plan level issues for both benefit and retirement plans.
- Supports the annual salary review process including communication, data preparation, analysis, and administration.
- Supports audit processes and legal reporting to ensure programs are administered in compliance with government regulations and company policy.
- Performs quantitative analysis and cost modeling, presenting data to internal stakeholders to support and execute business decisions.
- Ensures accurate data entry and integrity within the HRIS related to benefits, retirement, and compensation and provides reports on identified metrics as needed.
- Supports all aspects of the annual open enrollment process including managing vendor relationships, evaluating contracts and renewals, overseeing the employee experience, and development of marketing and communication materials.
- Evaluates existing plans, practices, and policies and conducts benchmarking studies to ensure programs are competitive in the industry.
- Supports leadership and team in development of planning timelines and coordinates key activities, maintaining contracts and proactively addressing deadlines and renewals.
- Maintains current and historical plan documents and researches related information for plans and participants as needed.

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working in benefits administration and a desire to support both benefits and compensation.
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience and education.
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist preferred.
- Strong Excel and reporting experience, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Strong communication skills with experience communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data drive and process improvement mindset.
- Detail oriented.
- Customer service focused.
