We are currently seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be
responsible for the design, development, operation, and maintenance of dynamometer test
cells. You will work hands-on to oversee product assembly, direct technicians, and collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of testing and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
● Test Cell Design & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain dynamometer test
cells to assess product performance and reliability.
● Product Assembly Oversight: Supervise product assembly, guide a technician, and
perform hands-on testing when necessary.
● Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and
software issues in test setups and systems.
● Software Modification: Modify and enhance LabView code for data acquisition and
analysis.
● Data Automation & Analysis: Write MATLAB code to automate data post-processing
and analysis to extract actionable insights.
● Test Data Presentation: Analyze test data and present findings, conclusions, and
recommendations to the team.
● Innovation & Improvement: Continuously evaluate and invent ideas for improving
product components and systems to enhance performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
● At least 3 years of professional experience in product testing and/or calibration, ideally in
an engineering or R&D setting.
● Technical Expertise:
○ Strong proficiency in MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
○ Experience with LabView for data acquisition and test system control.
○ Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems integration.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify root causes of issues and design effective
solutions.
● Work Ethic & Attitude: Maintain enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and an open mind
when faced with challenging projects.
Helpful Skills (Preferred):
● Experience with advanced technologies or emerging engineering practices.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Experience in machine shop, prototype, or R&D environments.
● Hands-on experience with product testing in a real-world setting.
